Condos offer snowbirds a low-maintenance way to rent.  The condo grounds are taken care of by the management, so it’s one less thing to worry about!  It may, however, be more difficult to find an condo complex that rents to primarily snowbirds.  Instead, you may find that singles or small families gravitate to these location.


Here are some things to consider when looking for a condo:

  3. BulletEase of use, especially with any future medical conditions?
